Terms & Conditions
By using our site you agree to accept the stores' terms and conditions.
Price & Delivery
The price of each item is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST, but not postage. Postage is via Australia Post or for larger items, via a courier of our choosing. We aim to have all items processed for postage within 2 clear business days of the transaction. The postage time is subject to Australia Post delivery standards. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct postal address is provided with each order. We accept no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen packages and recommend that insurance be obtained where available.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of transaction. We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept electronic funds transfer or payment via a PayPal account.
Returns / Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) for a refund/exchange on the purchase price but at the expense of the customer and only if the product is verified by a receipt; unused; in a saleable condition; and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that customers are responsible for all postage costs incurred in both the original transaction and the return/exchange.
Warranty Information
All products are covered by a manufacturers' warranty and we make no independent or additional warranty, whether express, implied or otherwise.
Variations, Errors and Omissions
From time to time, product prices, specifications and availability change without notice. If that occurs, we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed through our website. If that occurs, the processed payment will be refunded to the customers' account.
Please note that we endeavour to describe each product as accurately as possible however from time to time the images on site may not reflect the true product being purchased.
Governing Law
All sales are processed from Queensland, Australia and therefore the customer agrees that for any dispute that may arise, Queensland is the appropriate Jurisdiction. |
